Our weekend started out with a trip to the Pebble Creek pool...the first of many this summer, I am sure! :) Hunter was a little apprehensive at first about getting into the water and spent a good bit of time playing around the pool...but, by the end of our few hours, he was in the water and loving it! Then, of course, someone didn't want to leave when it was time to go home for naptime...no big surprise there, though! We had a blast and got to see some friends from the neighborhood and Hunter met a few new friends all by himself (he is becoming quite the social butterfly...he would just pull up a seat beside other kids and start jabbing away...very cute!)

What mommy? Blue hair would be so cool!

______________________________________________________________Will and I spent an evening enjoying a Maggianos dinner to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, while PaPa and Hunter played together back at home!
Too cute...it's amazing how exciting empty takeout bags can be...especially with eye holes cut out! :)
One of the many wonderful things about Maggianos Family Style dinner for two...LOTS of leftovers, so noone has to cook on Monday...and maybe Tuesday, too! :)
It is amazing to think that we have been married for 8 years, but even more amazing to think that our relationship all started over a Snickers bar 16 1/2 years ago! We would have never envisioned how wonderful marriage could be and even in our wildest dreams, we wouldn't have thought that being parents could add so much to our relationship...starting our family together completed something that had never felt incomplete to begin with! Thank you to my Groom, my Babe, my One and Only, and my Lifelong Partner...thank you for being the supportive, loving husband that you are and for being such a wonderful father to our son...He looks up to you and I am proud each time that I see him mimic you or gaze up at you, just taking it all in. I have known happiness at many times in my life, but each time I think I have been the happiest I will ever be, I am proven wrong...thank you for helping to make those moments possible and proving me wrong over and over again... I love you with all my heart, Babe...Happy Anniversary :)
