A few pictures to share :)

So, you all know how much I love taking pictures and we took Hunter to get his picture taken every month for the first year of his life, but somehow we never were able to get a great family picture when we tried...I had been saying for a while that I wanted to go have it done professionally, but those excursions can be a little overwhelming, so it kept getting pushed to the back burner...until Christmas day! I opened up an envelope in my stocking to find that Will had made an appointment for us to go have our first family portrait done. I was a little worried when the little man took a very short nap on picture day and our appointment wasn't until 4:30 that evening, but man did he surprise us! Not only was he totally cooperative for our pictures and the picking out process, but he proceeded to try to walk into another family's sitting after we were finished...I think he was liking all the attention from the photographer ~ she was really good ~ the sillier the better! So, we walked out of there with a nice family portrait and a great shot of Hunter that we couldn't turn down! Thanks to my hubby for such a wonderful surprise gift! (PS: I also included Hunter's picture with Santa - you can see he was a little unsure of the man in the red suit, but there were no tears, so we were happy!) Once I get all of my Christmas pictures and everyone else's sorted out, I will post Christmas pictures as well! :)
