May he never feel pain again...God bless him...

Adam Jeffry Newsome, 26, of Chester, went Home to be with his Lord and his mother, Susan Bailey, on September 3, 2009. He is survived by his father, Jeff Newsome; his sister, Rachael Fulop, her husband, Will, and their son, Hunter; his grandparents, Kitty Newsome, Harold and Marcie Bailey; and his aunts and uncles, Harold and Sandy Newsome, Rickey Newsome, and Rob and Barbara Lockridge; and his cousins, Andy Newsome, Jenny Newsome, and Josh Lockridge. Adam was a lover of cooking, nature, independent films, and making music. Adam had a wonderful sense of humor and delighted all who knew him with his imaginative stories and jokes. Adam lost a hard-fought battle against a powerful drug addiction, but his spirit will always remain in our hearts. A memorial service will be held at one of Adam's favorite places, the rocks of the James River, at a later date.
