When time flies, you know you are having fun!

Over the past few weeks, we have been quite busy ~ spending time with family and friends, playing hard, traveling and welcoming new friends into the world!

SLAMDUNK at The Little Gym - Hunter and Mommy (and sometimes Gram) go to The Little Gym every Wednesday for Hunter's "Birds" class. We all have such a blast and Hunter plays his little heart out...it is wonderful that everything is padded!! :)

Two of our best friends, Christina and Dan, welcomed a baby boy into the world on July 23rd ~ his name is Foster Haze Hunt and he weighed 8lbs. 6 ozs. and he was 21 inches long...We enjoyed being with them at the hospital during his first few hours of life and couldn't be happier for them!We are sure that before long, Foster and Hunter will be the best of buddies!

Since Foster wasn't scheduled to come into the world for a few more weeks, but God had a different plan in mind, his room was still full of boxes from the move...So, mommy slipped over to the house to get his nursery ready for his arrival home!

So excited that my best friend has joined the "mommyhood club" with me! We will have so much fun with the boys! :)

Shortly after Foster was born, we found out some other wonderful news! Our dear friends, Heather and Todd Bryant, (used to be our neighbors in Spice Tree) that have a son, Lucas, who is 5 months older than Hunter, are expecting twins! They do not have twins in their families, but sure enough, they will be having identical twins in January! We are so excited for them...Heather will be leaving her job as a neonatal scientist and staying home to be a full time mommy for her three little ones (who will all be under 2 1/2 years old). She will be making cakes (and she is AWESOME) part time, so if you ever need a cake made, let me know and I will put you in touch with her! Just had to share this exciting news! God has blessed so many of those close to us and he continues to amaze me everyday!
