Thank goodness that babies heal quickly! :)

Well, another week has come and gone, but this one went much smoother than the last! Every morning it seemed that Hunter's burns had healed drastically overnight and by the end of this weekend they have almost totally disappeared!

We had another busy weekend, but this one was full of happy times and no hospital visits, which is always nice! Mommy and Daddy both had crazy weeks with work and were looking forward to some family time! Friday night was date night for them and Auntie came over to watch Hunter ~ they played right up until bedtime and had a blast! Mommy and Daddy's date night was long overdue, but they still found themselves home before 8! Wow, times have changed! Saturday morning, we went to a few yardsales and then headed to Longwood for the day! Since Mommy and Daddy both graduated from there and they hadn't been back in 4 years, we went to see all of the changes and to eat lunch at one of their favorite restaurants, Macado's. We took a family picture at the fountain where Mommy and Daddy used to meet for dinner each night...they remembered it just like it was yesterday..."Meet me at the fountain, Babe!"

Sunday was a lazy day for the most part...we were getting things done around the house and taking little cat naps when we could! Hunter started eating carrots today and he loved them...he kept opening his mouth for more and would reach for the container if we weren't quick enough! We are so glad that he likes his "big boy food"! He was quite vocal today at one point and found out that he could squeal in a pretty high pitch...see the video...it's so cute how fascinating it is to him! He is still drooling like crazy, but no teeth yet - Believe us, we are checking constantly! He fought his afternoon nap today and finally fell asleep once Mommy laid down with him - we took a photo of his "sleepy look". We hope you all have a great week and we will be checking back soon!

OH - One last thing!!! Hunter is getting better and better at sitting up like a big boy - ok, so he leans a little forward, but we have to celebrate little steps, right?? :)
